Could someone please find out what to this court case.

Birmingham Daily Gazette 23 December 1932.
"William C. Whittle applied for an order under the Married Woman's Act made against him in respect of his wife, Clara Whittle, of Waterloo Square, Hinckley, to be revoked.  Respondent did not appear but it was stated that a doctor had certified her as unfit to attend court and the application was adjourned for 28 days."

Hinckley Times 16 October 1931
CASES AT HINKLEY YESTERDAY
HUSBAND TO PAY MAINTENANCE
 Clara Whittle of Hinckley, applied for an order against her husband, William C. Whittle. The bench made an order for 25s. per week.

Leicester Evening Mail 19th February 1932
HINCKLEY MAINTENANCE CASES
 "William C. Whittle, of Sharnford, made application to the Hinckley magistrates yesterday for a variation of a maintenance order made against him in October in respect of his wife, Clara Whittle of Hinckley.
 The Bench adjourned the application sine die, on condition that the husband paid his wife £1 a week."

Leicester Evening Mail 20 December 1934
HINCKLEY APPLICATION
William C, Whittle, of Burbage, applied at Hinckley, to-day, for a variation of a maintenance order made against him in respect of his wife Clara Whittle. The application was refused.

3 children were born before 1932 & 2 more after - 1933 & 1943. 

Suspect William was with another woman on the 1939 register

Clara Baines had another child in 1940, too. Yes William was with Tessie Maud Birch until he died.
