Help to repair hole in photo of Tom please

Would appreciate a repair of the hole in this childhood photo of my brother-in-law who passed away
recently.  We would like to use it for his service.  Thankyou, Jen.

Hi, Couple from me.
1st one repair and some marks taken out.
2nd one brightened  and smoothed a tad.
