Are there any resources available to find the records of a British soldier who was awarded the French Croix de guerre and the Belgium equivalent?

Thanks, I reviewed those, however,  I don't think these are full lists, I wondered if there was an index or search similar to National Archives.
I'm looking for a particular soldier.
