Liverpool Birth ?

The Family of Mary Malone Daughter of John known as Jack moved into 81a Limekiln Lane Liverpool in 1929/30 with the Mallon Family till she married William Higgins in December 1930 and presumably went to live at his address.
All we know about Grandmother Mary was that she was 26 at Marriage presumably Father was a Widower
We know nothing about Mary or John's whereabouts 1903 to 1930 whether she was born in Liverpool or Possibly Ireland. Her Date of Birth 30 January 1902 on 1939 Register appears to be Incorrect
Any Ideas to find her Past ?

On her Death Registration November 1987 her Birth is stated as 5 November 1903

There is a Mary Higgins born 5 November 1903 in the 1939 register in Liverpool. Wife of Patrick.

It shows one of her two Sons Peter which proves its her but question mark about her real Birth Date
Assuming upon December 1930 Marriage did she go to live at William Higgins address ?
Can't make it out.

Some other Ancestors have in their Tree Annie Malone born 1906 as a Sister or Half Sister to Mary and Daughter of Father John
We have found a Birth West Derby December Quarter 1906 Vol 8b page 491 Mother's Maiden Name = Wood
So we have sent for that Certificate to see if John was the Father and Remarried?

We don't know if Mary was born in Ireland or Liverpool
We have no Census for John to say if he was Widower and had a Family
But if Mary was born 1902/1904 then John in 1906 if he was the Father of Annie John had a baby Mary of 3 or 4 to look after so needed a Wife
We know nothing of their whereabouts till they move in to 81a Limekiln Lane in 1930 with Joseph Mallon it appears to be his home pre 1929 and they don't appear to be Family related. They moved out and John H Lucy and Ellen Lucy moved in 1934 ? Their Family was there on 1939 Register so presume John Jack Higgins moved or Died 1934 to1939
