Suggest you ask the relevant office of Highland Council, because the cemetery is their responsibility

https://www.highland.gov.uk/directory/56/burial_grounds_in_highland
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Hi there

I live in Inverness and have been trying for many years to find a plot plan for Tomnahurich to no avail.
Highland Council do not have a plan available on their website and i have contacted them about it. What are the details you have?

The Administration Office (see attached ) within the grounds of Kilvean Cemetery has a plan showing the layout of graves in Tomnahurich Cemetery.
I was allowed to take a photograph of the location of a couple of graves in which I was interested.
