His parents were George QUICK, a retired Publican, and mother Eliza (nee PRIDDLE).

I can offer up an Alfred Quick with mothers name Priddle born Jun 1844 Hackney Union district - any good?

1851 census has Alfred age 7 and Charles Henry age 9.

I have used the GRO, using various name variations, but no success.   However, it is noticeable several of his siblings born between 1840 and 1850 appear not to have been registered also??!!!

All you need to do is enter the surname QUICK and the year 1844.

Add PRIDDLE for mother if you like.

What are the missing siblings called?

I re-ran my GRO research over the decade 1840-1850 with a NIL result, using single name QUICK with and without PRIDDLE.

Incidentally, the 1841 Census has the family as QUISH, so I used that variant.   Same result.
