Obituary
« on: Tuesday 29 August 23 22:29 BST (UK) »
Hello
Could anybody please check if there is an obituary for Milton Twyman Collinge, he died at Greenwich CT in 1921 a veteran aged 26. I am curious why he died so young. He was buried in Putnam Cemetery. Thank you

Saranac Lake was known as a place where tuberculosis was treated then.  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saranac_Lake,_New_York

Thank you very much for that, my question is answered, I couldn't find anything on Newspapers.com so was considering getting a death certificate but they are $20, and it wouldn't be at Greenwich anyway
Thank you

Just an after thought, is there an obituary in that paper for his grandmother Eliza Ann Collinge in May 1918? The only mention in Greenwich paper is asking for creditors to come forward to claim on her estate.
Thank you again
