For Frederick Eisenmann 6 January 1907 - 12 March 1967 Death Certificate number 18027,

Helen A Eisenmann died 14 July 1933 Buffalo New York certificate number 40717

Please note that these death certificate numbers are from a state index, so if you ordered the certificate from the town/city in question (Frederick died in Bellevue, New York), those numbers are likely not used on the local level.  It's best to order from the locality rather than the state of New York, as New York state has over a 3 year wait currently for genealogical records.

Helen's maiden name appears to be "Leigh". She had two sisters living in Stratford, Ontario, Canada at the time of her death.

The sister mentioned in the obit for Helen - Martha Rosina PALLISTER died 1967. Her gravestone says maiden name LEIGH.

A Richard Thomas LEIGH and Alice Jane BLACKSTONE are on the same page Sept qtr 1872 Bromley (2a/531).

Looks like Richard Thomas LEIGH died Mar qtr 1884 Dartford (2a/275)
