Can you date and restore this attached photo.
I am not sure who it is, it could by my mother's Uncle who emigrated to the USA.

It is difficult to see, but he might be wearing a military uniform.
Any family members fought in WW1?

I did think it could be a military uniform - my mum's great uncle fought in WW1 for the Canadians, he had emigrated to Canada and he was killed in 1917 at the age of 38. I have his attestation papers. I just thought this chap looked a lot younger.

Yes, he does look younger than in his mid-30s, but it can be hard to tell.
Perhaps a son, dressing up in his father's uniform?  ???

Do you think so? in that case it could by my GG Uncle, its just he looks so young and he was 36 when he joined up as I have his attestation papers.
