RERRY PERRY marriage
« on: Saturday 02 September 23 09:48 BST (UK) »
Hi

Bit of a dilemma

I have been trying ot find the details of a m between Pickering Phipps PERRY & Rebecca PERRY Oct 1846 St Paul, Olney, Bucks. There is an article in a newspaper about this m  (on Family Search) though I am unable to access it. Rebecca & Pickering may have been related (both PERRY). She could be the dau of poss John & Alice or James & Rebecca

If her father was mentioned on the m record this would probably decide her parents

How do I find if there is a similar Tree on Roots Chat?

Thanks for any assistance

The Marriage Certificate will show both father's details?

And, there are no actual trees on RootsChat!

1851 shows her b Lavendon.

1841 57 /13/8

Rebecca Perry, 17 yrs is living with James and Rebecca Perry and several other Perrys.
These would be her siblings probably but relationships are not shown in 1841.
James is a Miller and the residence is Lavendon Mill.

Added - Pickering Perry is also a Miller and published trees support that Lavendon record.

Thanks very much to all

I have Pickering m a second time to Mary Wykes 1864 Pancras. I think she was b 1826 Northampton, but cannot find her parents of date of d. Was she a widow?

Added - Pickering Perry is also a Miller and published trees support that Lavendon record.

Does this mean there is/are Family Trees for the Perry/Phipps name (particularly related to Northampton?

There are several trees for Rebecca which lead to Pickering.

His father, as already stated, John and mother Elizabeth.

1851 shows John Perry as born Lavenden. He is also a Miller.
