What happened to Nancy Greenfield b. 1798 Dudley

Hi all,
I'd like some help to try and have a look at a brick wall of mine. Nancy Greenfield was born in 1798 in Dudley, the daughter of Edward and Mary Smith (1780-1844). She was a sister to William (1796-1873), Edward (1803-1872), John (1803-1863), George (1804-1808), Thomas (1804-), Esther (1806-1844), Jane (1808-1888) and Maria (1814-1843). I'd like to know if she married and when she died, but can't seem to find anything beyond her baptism.

This on freereg, given the age may need further research?

Nancy GREENFIELD to Joseph FAULKNER   Marriage   28 Nov 1836   Worcestershire   Dudley : St Thomas : Unspecified
Both single of the parish.

1815 census, Nancy above born 1813 so marriage to Joseph not correct.
