Thank you everyone.  In answer to the questions:

I am researching the Reuters Roll of Honour which I initially found online.  It simply said "H. Timmins".

I had a few men I was struggling to identify so I got in touch with Reuters and they sent me a copy of the RoH from their Staff Bulletin/magazine.  The magazine gives each man's Initial, Surname and Regiment so has been a huge help.  As far as Timmins is concerned though it simply says "Cyclist Corps" under Regiment Name.

I thought with a name like Timmins it would be straightforward especially when I've identified Smiths in the past :)

The 1911 census hasn't really helped because I can't find a match with a suitable occupation so I'm assuming Timmins was still at school when the census was taken.

There are only 7 H. Timmins on the Medal Rolls & some of
those have middle initials.
There are only 3 H. Timmins on the CWGC site.
Horace, Hubert & Henry.
He would have to be one of those.

Agreed the CWGC only shows 3
But we don't know what H stands for
There are actually 4
Harry Charles Timmins Ptr 7281 in the same Regt Killed 28 August 1916 is on CWGC and the grave papers actually say 1917 not 1916
He appears on the British War Medal Card above 851 Horace
None of their Medal Cards for the Royal Warwickshire show anyone Transferred to the separate Cyclist Corps
Very puzzling

If its Horace - in 1911 he was a 16 yr old Junior Clerk in the Coal Trade he was a Boarder with his Uncle George Turner both renting with a Widow in Harborne Birmingham
His Parents James Benjamin Timmins and Emma Turner married December Quarter 1890- Aston
Horace was born December 1894 - Aston
