Have you eliminated any of them?

I think I've ruled out Turner and Day. Currently trawling through Pickett and she's not looking promising.

Thank you.

I've now been through the 6 Sarah's and not one of them has a marriage to anything that could be akin to Thomas Kingsland.

I'm now going to check her ages on the Census returns to see if that gives me a wider birth year range, currently only looked at 1786/7.

I cannot see how a marriage would not have taken place as the baptism entries of all 9 children say son or dau of Thomas and Sarah Kingsland. Surely one of those vicars would have asked if they were married but then I don't know if it would have been followed up to check it was true or not.

Just seems strange that I can't find a marriage when its not a hugely common surname.

The lady I sent the message to on Ancestry has seen the message but not replied as yet.

Found what I think is her burial record and that has her age at death as 81, giving her a birth year of 1783.

Her age is 55 in 1841; 64 in 1851 and 73 in 1861.

So looking anywhere from 1783 onwards for a birth I think.
