Chesterfield explosives factory
« on: Wednesday 06 September 23 19:56 BST (UK) »
Hi All
Has anybody got any information or ideas abot an explosives factory that was situated at the top of Nelson Street on the land which is now the Peveril estate. I think it was going around 1900s as my great aunt worked there.
Many thanks   Harry

Is it the "Electric Shot Firing Works" shown on this 1914 map?
