Can anyone find the WW1 Medal Card please for Cpl Osbert Henry Owen born 14 January 1884 served with the King's Liverpool Regt married 21 June 1919 still serving

Maybe he didn't serve overseas, and was therefore not entitled to any medals?

That was my thinking also
I asked the Family what evidence they had that he had Medals
Their Reply was that they remembered finding the Medal Index Card several years ago
But what they found may not have been him because its not a very obvious Medal Card

Checked the Medal Rolls just in case Medal Index Card was missing -- nothing found. Looks like he didn't go overseas.

He was 30 when War started presume stayed in UK and was still serving in 1919
The Family claim they found Medal Card for Henry O Owen 203932 - bad research.
He was Henry Owen Owen Discharged January 1918 on Silver War Badge so not him
