Just re-read your post.
I read it as "bisattes bak altarenth och följande dagen uttogs och undsättens i den nya kyrkogården"

I think he was put on display behind the altar and then buried the next day.

I have read many death records here in Sweden but never one like this. He maybe was a prominent figure and was buried accordingly.
I did read on-line that he did a lot of work for the church.

That has to be the only logical explanation. Luckily he died at the end of October. I think they would not have waited a week to bury him had he died in summer.
