percy cox was born about1903/04?.as far as i know in bromsgrove,william henry price born in droitwich,nodates .susanm.

You say there is no information at GRO. Have you ruled him out?


There is also this birth:
June 1900

but without ay dates to go on, I'm afraid he's just a guess.
