Just above them on the census is a Lucille & Malvin Cooper, who's parents were also born in England...coincidence???

It appears Lucille died in 1935. Husband listed as Malvin and father listed as Nelson Cooper?...coincidence?

I am trying to find the death and burial records for Myrtle Cooper, born 1892 in Louisiana USA.

Myrtle is the daughter of Henry Cooper 1863 and Eleanora Sanders 1870

and

Mishie (Meshick) Cooper, born 1892 in California, USA.

Mishie is the son of Nelson Cooper 1857-1933 and Minnie Wharton 1861-1933.

Myrtle married George Boswell 1891-1962 on 16 July 1911 in Mayfield, Graves, Kentucky, USA

George is the son of Elias Boswell, born 1868 and Missouri Wharton (No Dates Known)

Myrtle separated from George and went on to have a relationship with Mishie (Meshick) Cooper,

I cannot find a marriage/death/burial for Mishie or Myrtle.

I’ve been trying to find Mishie after 1950, without any luck (so far).

Do you know where Myrtle was really born and her exact birthdate, please? I believe her place of birth changed with each census return?  Have you found her in 1900 (on a census return)?  I believe I found the family in 1910, but if we can find her exact birthdate, it might help us find a death record.

Hope you had an enjoyable evening.

There is someone that has Myrtle Cooper's birth as 21 April 1893, Louisiana, USA on a tree, but no documents to confirm this.

They have a date of death as 26 Nov 1989 but no location, so I don't know where that has come from.

Sorry that the links weren’t helpful.

I believe I looked at the death of Myrtle in 1989 but ruled it out.  I’ll take a quick peak now; if I can’t find the reason why I ignored it, I will try again later today. (It’s the middle of the night again.)

PS. My brother and his granddaughter visited earlier today.  We had a fun visit; it was nice to see them again.

Meshie and his wife Myrtle can be found with 4 children Spencer, James, Carrie, Famie in 1950 census in Whiteville, Hardeman, Tennessee. Meshie's occupation is given as spray painter (outside painting industry own business).

1910 census: Myrtle is with her parents in Henderson, Chester, Tennessee
1930 census: Myrtle is with her partner Meshie and 5 children in Tangipahoa, Tangipahoa, Louisiana
1950 census: Myrtle is with her partner Meshie and 4 children in Whiteville, Hardeman, Tennessee
No other census material found.

Not sure this will help, the obit for Rodell Cooper (brother of Myrtle).  In 1962 he was survived by 3 brother and 2 sisters.
