My desktop PC is being updated from 8.1 to 10.

How do I keep my emails and contacts from Windows Live Mail ,

If you are doing an in-place upgrade, the Windows 10 setup should preserve your settings.

If you are changing machines, Live Mail can still be found and installed. According to Microsoft, others have been doing this.
