I'm not sure if this William Henry Rowe is a possibility, but this burial has the same birth date as the previously found WWI draft registration card.  https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/193109152/william-rowe  He is on the NY state death index with a place of death of Albany.

This WWII draft registration card has a William Henry Rowe born 11 Jun. 1880 (one year off from the WWI draft card & burial) in Middletown, England - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QKVQ-8XKZ  He wasn't in Albany, but not totally far away either.  His physical description seems similar to the WWI draft card, and the signatures look similar, so may be the same guy.

Great find, surely can't be just coincidence with the birth date.  :)

Thanks again. This looks good for William Henry Rowe. Same birthdate can't be ignored. He may be on a census somewhere and I wonder if he married eventually.
I have info on Theresa's brothers. I have some photos too of Anthony 3rd and his sister Lily.
They were born in Australia and ended up in Lewiston.
