One member is George Stanley Richards age 19 – a possible father?

Where is she in 1921 census?

I could not find anything on Birth Reg for a mothers maiden name.

I also don’t have access to 1921 register.

I think it may be I have to purchase a copy.  Or a copy of her marriage cert to see if she has named a father.
