Hi there,
I just saw this post / discussion as I was helping my daughter do a bit of research about our family tree.  My Papa was John Donald Winer - or as his friends and family knew him as Don Winer, from Hamilton Ontario.

Much of our Winer family lives in Hamilton.  Sandra was correct with the details.  John and Marian Winer had six children (my dad, my two aunts and three uncles).  Only exception there is that my Papa’s dad’s name was Orrin Winer - who was married to Florence Winer.  Thanks again - third post completed!
