Found his Medal Index Card under Army Medal Cards

In 1921 there is a candidate at Easington with a wife and one child
Born Durham, West Stanley

Added…the transcript for the 1921 is …… there has been a mismatch between the entry and the person making the return.
So I feel justified in adding detail here.
Wm Blogg is the person who fills in return and address is 62 1st Street, Horden, Durham
NOT Miss Marks of the Jewish homes etc, Shotton Easington. So perhaps not such a good candidate after all.

Added again…but I’ve just looked at the map.  Back in contention  :)

I think it’s just one MM.
Otherwise you would have to interpret that record you posted as being two D.C.M s as well

Wonder what “To H/A “ actually means
