Yes - but they weren't named Ladysmith Barracks until December 1921.

Clutching at Straws for my Granddad and Family
Samuel Chapman b 1890 he lived at 47 Elizabeth Road Orrell Liverpool from 1911 to 1935 but per Voters List 1920 he was absent and he and Wife Margaret with Son Samuel born 1911 Daughter Edith b 1912 Son William b 1915 Son George Edward born 1920 - years missing 19 June 1921as that address was not recorded Occupied that night.
Granddad after serving in the 1/7th King's 1908 to 1919 he signed on again with the Manchester Regt as Sgt - he was Discharged in July 1921 in Preston
I could only assume he was away Census Night with his Family in Married Quarters at a Manchester Barracks which I just found was in Ashton-under-Lyne

Thanks everyone for trying.
I am of the Opinion that this Omission is a Findmypast error at Transcription when creating the Index
The Voters List  Oct1920 confirms Granddad was Absent but Grandmother and the 4 Children must have been still living in the Home 47 Elizabeth Rd   -- Auntie Margaret Irene was born there in January 1922 so probably Conceived there 9 months previously. If they had gone to stay elsewhere just Census Night they would be shown as Visitors there.
I believe the Original Form was stuck to the Previous Property form and missed and the Schedule Numbers allocated thereafter implying there wasn't a 47 but I prove it .Otherwise it means they were there and Grandmother never completed the Census Form.
