I would would like to ask for someone to have a look as to whether they can find a baptism record for Sarah Hopkins (or Hopkin), born in Dublin in c. 1819. The date is variously recorded as 1815, 1818 and 1819. She married William Walters, a British soldier from the 90th regiment of foot in Birr in Offaly in 1842, and had two ceremonies, one Catholic and one in the Church of Ireland. They had a daughter in Dublin, Mary Ann (1843-1888), and then moved to Hull and then Stafford, where I have traced them extensively. I know it's quite an early date, but I've heard that Dublin RC records start quite early, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
