I see you have UK ancestry.
Have you checked out the 1911 census I linked from Family Search earlier.
This could be Margaret Wise in 1911 - in India
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7V4-TKJ

James
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7V4-TKV

Thomas Joseph (there is a birth in Clonmel 1904)
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7V4-TKK

Robert
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7V4-TK2

There is a birth, June quarter 1909, Farnham, England mmn Nolan.

This, of course, is a different year to the one you have.

There is a difficulty in that the number of children, Margaret has recorded is different to the number she would have,  including those found with relatives in Ireland. She may have misunderstood.
There are births in Clonmel for Frederick James and Thomas Joseph which fit the census record. The child, Robert, born 1909, may have died and a later child named for him but also Robert may have been a different age to that you have/believe.

No if like me you only have UK Ancestry you CAN NOT get Southeren Ireland Info.Eire I think it's called.I know I have tried thats why I am asking questions here.

You can access Irish BMD indexes to 1958 through Anc UK plus some earlier parish records.

Looking at https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ there are some records for maybe Robert’s siblings.
As you know, Frederick and Nora Wise were witnesses to Robert and Carmel’s marriage.
1929 - Frederick Wise  m Johanna Spittle with Thomas Wyse as witness.
1941 - James Wyse m Nora O’Hara with William Wyse as witness.
Residences are shown as Maudlin Street Kilkenny

Margaret Wise’ death posted earlier shows her residence as Maudlin Street and son, Frederick, reported it.

With regard to Robert’s age.
There is a newspaper snippet (I can’t see the full one as it is on a pay site) dated 7th May 1932, Kilkenny, where Robert Wyse received three months hard labour for housebreaking - a neighbour’s house which looks to be Maudlin Street.
He is described as a ‘young man’. If this was your Robert and was born in 1920s, He would still be a boy.
