Gosh you have all been a big help.as i cannot get bthe irish records I am a bit stuck. However the marriage for Robert and Carmel is a big help and also it confirms to me that Patrick was his father.I would love to find the birth of Robert?.All I know is it was somewhere on or between 1913 and 1923.
I think you have also found Patricks Father.I have not much time tonight but will give all this info mation my full attention tomorrow night.Robert never came to England but stayed in Ireland.Carmel however did come to England and she put all her children into a orphanage. She was a Alcoholic. My nephew did see his mum some holidays so how he was brought up in the orphanage I have no idea.He saw her on her death bed aswell. He also found his father in ireland working once but I do not know the date. But they had no relationship.I have been finding children that my nephew did not know were his brothers or sisters. My nephew is 72 so as he is the same age as me I should say he is my nephew in law as he married my much younger niece.I only see them once a week as they live in Wales and I am in england but I think now with your help I will be able to show him part of his tree when he comes next Tuesday. He will be so happy.Thank you so much for what you have found so far.My nephew and his siblings were all born in ireland by the way.I will find out where his orphanage was and that might help me further.I will most likely ask some more questions but I need to work all this out first.

The marriage shows Robert’s father as Frederick not Patrick.

I can’t see a likely birth for Robert here. https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1408347

Did Robert die in Ireland? Do you have any idea of place and approximate time?

yes he did die in Ireland.I think sometime in the 1970's but cannot be sure.As far as I know he would have died in kilkenny.Frederick was Roberts father. His grandfather was PatricK as far as I can tell at the moment.yes i have just looked at the marriage cert and Roberts father was definately Frederick.

I am Still desperate to find Robert Wise's birth. His father was definately Frederick.I think his birth must have been in the 1920's.He was born in Kilkenny.

Earlier you wrote, ‘ All I know is it was somewhere on or between 1913 and 1923.’ and you say ‘it must have been in the 1920s’.

Where do you have Robert with these years of birth?
How do you know he was born in Kilkenny?
