Thanks, Monica.  Yes, it does strongly suggest she was a widow.  She subsequently lived in the Chelsea area (or just over the border) for a few years and had children with George Cates.  No sign of a marriage to him.  I'm not sure what happened at this stage to the two children she had with Luson.  One possibility is that they were adopted by someone by the name of Henry.

There's one marriage in the Berwick St Leonard records I can see on Ancestry where Rev HCL Henry's name is noted. It was in 1827.

He baptises 3 children in 1827-28. The next baptism is 1830 - another curate is named

I see no burials in his name. There's a different curate again performing a burial in 1829

Thanks very much, Mabel.  That establishes that he was alive in Berwick until at least 1827-8.

I expect you already have this.
When Frances Carpenter Cates married first William Dickenson Nethersole 10 August 1825 St Pancras

by license the witnesses are George Cates and Louisa Luson Henry.

1830 death would be a Parish Register entry.
(Civil Registration began on 1st July 1837)
Ages aren't usually given on Parish Registers?

They were.

The column headings on the standard form were: name, abode, when buried, age, by whom ceremony performed.
