The Victoria County History has a bit of information, but only from the 17th century and onwards:

https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/worcs/vol3/pp90-105

It's just before halfway down the page - the paragraphs with footnote references 153-156. Other parts of the article might have hints too - it seems fairly wide-ranging.

I found the link at A Vision of Britain (https://www.visionofbritain.org.uk/place/201) as I thought there might be some information there. If there is, I didn't spot it, but you might want to spend a bit longer looking than I did.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Thanks for the suggestions. I had already looked at Vision of Britain, but I'll go back and take another look in case I missed anything. I hadn't see the other reference, and it looks like a long read, but I'll take the time to go through it.
