Ann Parton b.1822

I am trying to trace the origins of a lady called Ann Parton. I have been on Ancestry and various other online sites and there seem to be very few Ann Partons born around the time I am looking at: 22nd February 1822. There was one born in Durham in that year, but of course 1822 is prior to the civil registration system of 1837 and the UK census years, so I am struggling a bit! (There was also another one with that name born in Stafford). I just wondered if you could put out an enquiry amongst your members in case someone has an Ann Parton born 1822 on their family tree? The reason I am asking is that I have a hand-painted china mug which my late aunt bought in an antique shop. It has the name Ann Parton, born Feb 22nd 1822 on it. It always fascinated my aunt as to whom this mug might have belonged to and she wanted to return it to a descendant of this lady, as it would probably mean a lot to the family concerned. Any help you could give would be most gratefully received.
