Please can anyone help with 1551 legal latin?

I just wondered whether anyone might be able to help with translating this document please?
It relates to Richard Busby of Islington, son of John Busby of Burford.

Can you make it a bit bigger file size emjsw? The Latin experts might have trouble reading it.
This one is only just over 110kbs. You are allowed up to 500kbs.
If it's too small, you can't zoom in on it as it pixaltes and become unreadable.

I am really keen to find out anything about Richard or his father John such as what happened to Richard, what his mother's maiden name may have been and whether his father John belonged to a guild.
The other thing I would like to know is whether it says how Alice Sheppard, wife of William Sheppard husbandman of Lydcott (Lydcote/Littlecote), Bucks might be might be related to Richard.
The Busby and Shepard family of Steeple Barton are related.
