Whats the occupation

Evening,
I'm having trouble making out this occupation of the father on a death registration. The death was in Scotland in 1881 of his daughter. His name is James Wilson, I can also make out "journeyman" but the occupation is evading me! Thoughts?

Possibly a Skinner - a dealer in hides?

Crisane, you are right!! I've just looked at the rest of the page for an S and its exactly the same as ths first mark on that occupation, so definitely S and the rest then makes sense!

Yes Skinner but he was also a Journeyman,this is to do with the old very long -seven years and more - apprenticeships .
As the word “ journey “ ( French word jour- - day- ) suggests they were paid by the day .
