I think I see what Rosie is saying - there is a "/" just before Henry's name. Usually this indicates the end of a family where more than one family dwell in the same house ("//" being the end of the household).

For interest - there is a KNOWLES family on the previous page, also "Ind" which includes a 16 year old Artemesia - possibly a grand daughter, with mother Alice (40)?

Here is a signature comparison for the two marriages referred to in the opening post.
Is Mr. Banks the same man?

Father Henry William Banks died 18 May 1858 St. Thomas Hospital with a Will that connects to his sister Eliza Powell of Bethanl Green. She claimed she was next of kin when his son was still alive in Hobart.

Isn't it a son who died in 1858?
Only death entry is
BANKS, HENRY
Age at Death (in years): 16
GRO Reference: 1858  J Quarter in ST OLAVE'S, SOUTHWARK  Volume 01D  Page 33

Burial of Henry Banks at the City of London & Tower Hamlets Cemetery, 25 May 1858, age 15 years.
Gives a Bermondsey address.

The probate record from 1879 (for an administration) says that HWB who died in 1858 was a Bachelor.
Eliza Noble was the administratrix of the estate of William Henry Banks, the brother and next of kin (of Henry, called Henry William in the probate record)

Possible birth in 1842?
BANKS, HENRY
Mother's Maiden Surname: RAVEN

I have an Eleanor O'Neale who married William Banks on 1 Mar 1830 St. Leonard's Shoreditch, both of that parish.

Witnesses Nathaniel Vaus, Mary Flinn (perhaps Eleanor was Irish?)

A short while later.
Marriage, 16 March 1830, St. Mary Newington
Nathaniel Vaus + Elizabeth Rawlinson
Witnesses William Banks, Rebecca Welton(?)

ADDED
Nathaniel Vaus seems to have been a waterman. In St George the Martyr Southwark in 1841 (Kans on ancestry)

I think it should read son of the brother of Eliza NOBLE.

In 1861census  Eliza NOBLE is with her husband James and a son named Thomas POWELL
He is from the first marriage of Eliza BANKS to Thomas POWELL in 1835. She was   widowed some time in the 1850's

This baptism of one Eliza BANKS, born 1812 shows her to be the child of William and Ann. William is a currier. The document can be seen on Ancestry. Baptised St Mary, Whitechapel, Tower Hamlets, England.  Parish register.

Frances Banks Oct 1844 d. Jul 1852

This is wrong
Frances died in 1851
BANKS, FRANCES
Age at Death (in years): 6
GRO Reference: 1851  J Quarter in ST GEORGE THE MARTYR SOUTHWARK  Volume 04  Page 321

She was buried at Nunhead Cemetery, 11th May 1851, age 6 years.
Abode Stanford Place, East Street, Old Kent Road

and Ann the mother also died c4 Jul 1852, so my guess is that cholera killed mother and her 3 chn in 1852.

Well we now know that three children didn't die in 1852. It seems to be just the one child, Charlotte, who died that year.
Frances Banks was buried at Nunhead on 4th July 1852. Age 37 years.
Abode same as before.
