Looking ONLY for when Ex SS Officer Wilhelm (Willi) Kulla died. He was b in Poland in 1910, War Crimes 1949, 5 years in Netherlands, deported to Germany 1950, still living 1960s

Kulla died in 1963 according to this Dutch article, which includes images of documents.

Seems he's really dead.
