Hooray, my adjustment worked.  ;D The PayPal message appeared in the PayPal folder in my email.  Many thanks once again jc for your suggestion. 👍

Added:  For some mysterious reason the rule to put all messages from PayPal into the relevant folder had been turned off!

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.
