My word he does go on doesn't he.  EDITED typing errors

If you want a word for word transcription it will take awhile, however relatives are:-

Wife Hannah Watkins
Brother Hugh Watkins
Brother  Daniel Watkins
Sister Mary Banks
Sister Ann Barwick
Nephews William and David sons of my brother Daniel Watkins
Niece Susanna Wittingham? daughter of my late sister Sarah
Daughter Sarah Pearman wife of Michael Pearman of Dartford Kent - Sawyer
Daughter Susannah Pearman wife of James Pearman of Norton in the County of Surrey
Son William Watkins
Son John Watkins

There is a notation dated 10 February 1855 on the side ---  that Hannah Watkins the widow , Hugh Watkins and  Daniel Watkins the brothers of the late William Watkins are deceased. Daniel died intestate) Also that the residual legatees William and John Watkins sons of the late William Watkins also Sarah Pearman, Michael Pearman, Susannah Pearman and James Pearman  are all deceased.
Executor given to Hugh Daniel Watkins one of the natural and lawful children of William Watkins (the son).

William senior had a farm land and cottages on Halfway Street that he distributed among his relatives.  Hannah his wife got the land and cottage west of the Black Horse Public House on Halfway Street.

Need to check marriages for the names of his sisters

Thank you. I was lost with the writting.  You have done well.

Yes the surname of his sister Mary B? was the puzzle.  I just couldn't find any marriage for her.
The other sister Ann married a Thomas Barwick in 1777.
There should also be two other sisters a Meirium and Mary, couldn't see their names either, so most likely they died early.

I wonder if Sarah is more likely Susan?  He had a sister Susan, however a different marriage, so that I have to check up on.

Oh and another new daughter Sarah Pearman, that certainly has helped, didn't have her either.

Wonderful, thank you so much

The sisters are Mary Banks and Ann Barwick.

Agree the niece is Susanna Wittingham daughter of my late sister Sarah (definitely not Susan)

Sarah Watkins married Michael Pearman 26 September 1789 at St Leonard's Shoreditch.

Susanna Watkins married  James Pearman 26 September 1789 St Leonard's Shoreditch

Witnesses for both marriages #209 and 210 in the register are Michael Binfield and Charlotte Pearman

We know the Watkins girls are sisters so are Michael and James Pearman brothers.

Images are on ancestry.

There should be a memorial stone in the Bexley churchyard as he requested to be buried in a brick Grave as near as possible to the grave of my late father.
