Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Able Seaman Joseph William Brown - Royal Navy - Service No :- J/19639 - died 21/1/1917  Royal Naval Hospital 'Haslar' at Gosport, Hampshire. Aged 20

Son of Mr. J. A. Brown, of 1, Argyle St., Reading.

Commemorated by Special Memorial at Reading Cemetery. Research has identified the casualty's
grave and the commission is in the process of producing a headstone to mark it.
