If you invert the image it looks like 7 - 11- 52 or possibly 27 -11- 52. Regimental Headquarters Orderly Room The Royal Hussars?

Thanks.  It's the date of discharge from the Royal Leicestershire Regiment of a man wounded in Korea in February 1952.  I think I'm seeing 23.4.52, but can't quite convince myself.

Looking again, I think what has happened is that the clerk has used the date stamp upside down, and noticing his mistake has re-stamped the document  the right way but then notices that the date hasn't come out properly so has over written it by hand. The result is 24 - 4 - 52, not 23 in my opinion.
