Hallo,
I left out the bureaucratic phrases.

resident in Biebrich on the Rhine, Nassauerstraße 12 (Nassau street N°12)
declared that her husband, the pensioner Karl August Wilhelm Knigge
79 years old, of evangelical denomination,
born in Helmstedt, (duchy of) Braunschweig (Brunswick)
resident in Biebrich on the Rhine, Nassauerstraße 12 (Nassau street N°12)
-- son of the late spouses, the mastershoemaker Karl Heinrich Theodor Knigge and
-- Katharina Elisabeth nee Rustenbach
-- last residence: Helmstedt
had died in their apartment 20th of November 1916, a quarter past  two o'clock in the morning.

hope it helps

Many thanks.

Just trying to ascertain if this person is the Charles August William KNIGGE who was in New Zealand from 1853 until 1911, and it looks almost certain that it was.
