Since last Wednesday- Members of Libraries of Merseyside and The Wirral  now have Free Access
to the 1921 Census and Findmypast

Thanks for this info I went to local Liverpool libraries yesterday and today and yes the Liverpool library version of FindMyPast now includes access to the 1921 census.
