My Heritage error message too many views

Over the past two days, I have repeatedly received two different error messages when viewing DNA matches:

ERROR

"You have reached the maximum number of DNA matches that can be viewed per day. You can continue viewing more DNA matches tomorrow".

I have a subscription.  What??? The same on my iPad or PC.

Same for me. My sister's account was ok until today now hers is the same and she has a paid subscription.

I wondered if it was a universal problem or just me.

I cleared cookies and cache but to no avail.

I finally found an email to report a problem, you must include your membership number:

https://www.myheritage.com/contact-myheritage

Given that the company is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, I would not really be expecting a resolution at present.

Yes I thought the same thing with it being based in Israel.

Not on a Monday!

I emailed via the actual website in a box where you put your email message.

I couldn't find an email but found a phone number for Australia. I rang and selected the option for DNA but it didn't accept the selection and so it hung up on me. So it looks like they can't be contacted.

It will be interesting to hear if it is happening to everyone. Maybe when the up-overs wake up!
