Me too, hope nothing spoils your son’s  visit, and your wife is well enough to enjoy it.

Rainy day here and I am so sleepy, not sure if it is after effects of Covid jab yesterday .
Arm really stiff and sore , the Nurse did it at the very top of my arm, where not much flesh .I will survive.

Sad to say I did not get to give a card to the young man I mentioned.
Hardly anyone answered their bells etc and those who did did not know who I meant .
That surprised me , he has lived there for many years but perhaps not other people, I felt sure I had the right Avenue.
They do wind about a bit
Never mind .
He did not know my plan ,so no matter.

Wellybobs!
Some children wore them all the time, their legs had permanent dark marks
where the wellies rubbed.
My second son one Christmas wanted some red wellies with white stars on them ,like those people who do square dancing wear. His Grandma got him some for Christmas .He had seen something like them on TV,
”Bonanza “perhaps, he was three and a half,or a children’s T.V. programme.
He insisted on wearing them at Church on Christmas morning.
Oh, happy days.

Hope all are well, look after yourselves.
Viktoria.
Just got two emails all in a sort of code, one from Domestic and General, can’t read it of course.I will email them or phone tomorrow to see if it is really from them.
