Search in the online catalogue of the National Records of Scotland (https://catalogue.nrscotland.gov.uk/nrsonlinecatalogue/search.aspx) using the terms Mousewald and Cleughbrae (Cleuchbrae) ...

CS46/1832/6/80    Decreet of sale of lot one of the estate of Mousewald in favour of Robert Paterson of Nunfield    Jun 1832   Access conditions may apply - please click on reference to display details. Not Held
CS46/1832/7/144    Decreet of sale of lot two of the estate of Mousewald in favour of Lieut Col James Harvey of Castlesemple    Jul 1832   Access conditions may apply - please click on reference to display details. Not Held

Cleughbrae

Entering Cleuchbrae and Cleughbrae brings up different results, but nothing like the Mousewald results. There's stuff about plans of farms in the area.

Have a look to see what there is here:

https://scotlandsplaces.gov.uk/search/results?st=cleughbrae

From 1855, the valuation rolls for every ten years are available on ScotlandsPeople.
