16 Kynaston Street, Waterloo Second Part, Surrey (London)

I am seeking please some information on the location of Kynaston Street, Waterloo Second Part (Lambeth, London Surrey).

One of my collateral ancestors, Sarah Jane POCKNELL died at No. 16 Kynaston Street as above. I have failed to locate this address though I know many streets have changed name since this era! I also believe there is now a Kynaston Road but am unsure whether this is one and the same street/road.

Any help is very much appreciated.
