Translation of German death from 1911

This is the death cert of my previous request's wife. Hoping someone can translate.

Börzow, 16th February 1911
Before the undersigned civil registration officer appeared today, known personally,
the Schulze and Hauswirt Johann Japp, resident in Jeese
and announced that Karoline Johanna Katharina Lepin nee Japp, widow

67 years old, lutherische Religion
resident in Bernstorf, born in Jeese
was married to the deceased Vogt, Johann Joachim Heinrich Lepin
last resident in Bernstorf

Daughter of the Hauswirt Johannes Japp and Magdelena nee Freitag
both deceased and last resident in Jeese

died in Bernstorf, in her home, on the 16 February 1911 at 2:30 am
The informant stated that he had seen the corpse

Hauswirt = Farmer
Schulze = village mayor or senior citizen
