Can someone please decipher this birthplace entry in the 1871 England Census. Ancestry transcribes it as Bal Bromnor but I haven't managed to find such a place in Ireland.

I've looked through a Wiki list of towns and villages in Roscommon but nothing seems to be close to  Bal Bromnor. I'm thinking that perhaps the Census taker misheard or didn't know how to spell her answer and just wrote what he thought was correct.

Thomas Cunningham married Sabina Moran dq 1851 Birmingham, all children born after this date who appear in 1861 & 1871 have mmn Moran. Cannot find an image on either 2 big sub sites.
