Hi there,

I am trying to find out what happened to a family member who emigrated to Canada from Scotland.

Name Frank(Francis) McGregor Teviotdale Walker
Born: 22 July 1893, Dundee, Scotland
Last known marital status: Single

After arriving in Canada he enlisted in the Canadian Over-seas Expeditionary Forces (Nov 16th 1914) to serve in WW1, but was discharge due to illness on October 30th 1916, he returned to Montreal, Canada, and I can find no further detail.

Thanks in advance,

The dates and name certainly line up perfectly!

Can I ask how you found this?

It looks like Frank and Annie and their children were living in Verdun in 1931 (source: 1931 census).  However this man immigrated in 1909.
