I also am not 100% on the date of Franks immigration. He signed his papers to go off to WW1 on the 14th November 1914 from Canada, so immigration in around 1909 to Canada is highly likely.

I'm searching for Frank through the Montreal City Directory post 1919 after his return from war but cannot see him.
Aikenhead (Angus, Kincardine), Balfour (Kincardine), Cowieson (Kincardine), Hutcheson (Meigel) Irons (Markinch), Scott (Kincardine, St Cyrus), Walker (Scotland, Alyth, Coupar Angus, Meigle), Teviotdale (Angus), Leuchars (Angus)

Although Frank was "discharged" from active duty, his official discharge was end of war.
If you look at the bottom of his info/current address card, you will see a date in "fresher" ink.   Usually this means the date pension has stopped as recipient has passed away.
(Also, his birth date wanders a bit in his service records; on his attestation he says 26 July 1890, and on one of his medical forms, 22 July 1892, so even though you know his true birth year, widen your search parameters!)

Anyways, he possibly died 19 Apr 1968.

Having said that, I think this is Frank in the Canada Voters Lists,
1945/1949/1958/1962/1963/1965 with an address in Verdun, Quebec
Walker, Frank, carman inspector, CNR (Canadian National Railway)
Walker, Annie, Mrs.
In 1949, daughter Annie is listed as Walker, Annie Miss, buyer, along with her parents.
In 1962/1963/1965 Frank is listed as retired.

That was a good guide dbree - found In Memoriam (in 1966) for Annie Stewart Walker - passed 5 th February 1965

Annie's obit. well done.  :)

From the other obits. that Sandra found, it appears that all of Frank's children leave the Montreal
area. He being retired and a widow, may have picked up and moved closer to one of them.

Could be, maybe. b. July 10, 1923 (give or take)

I did think that Norman was born after 1931 as he doesn't appear on the 1931 Canadian census
He also doesn't appear on that trip back home that Annie took in 1925 with both girls.

I did look for a birth for him but after 1931.
