Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Third Engineer Robert Pendrill Thomas - Mercantile Marine. Died 30/7/1918 - aged 30 years - buried Llansamlet (St Samlet) Churchyard. -
Mentioned on a special memorial at Tower Hill -     London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Greater London.
Recent research has shown that Third Engineer Thomas is buried at St Samlet. The Commission are in the process of producing a special memorila as it is not possible to mark his grave.

Son of Hannah Thomas (n e Davies), of 4, Thomas St., Pontardawe, Glam., and the late Robert Thomas. Born at Morriston, Glamorgan.
