Francis was born c1827 so ready for retirement in 1897, the following census notes that he has retired.

Thank you both so much. The information is coming in faster then I can process.... :D
Francis and Keziah (nee Lewis) where franks mother and father. So this newspaper article seems correct.
The Birth of another Edwards could be as my Grandmother (prince's daughter) had said it was a child.
 I will have to look for a death for Arthur Frank Goldsmith Edwards before 1897 and maybe order the birth cert from the GRO.
This has started to put to bed a lot of questions about Prince, Rose and Frank

Thank you for everyone that helped with this feed.
I have now tracked down the death or Arthur Edwards born 1893 to Paddington London in 1897 in the 1st quarter of the year. In June Frank had his family business dissolved for some reason and in december 1897 Rose married Robert Luck
I now need to find the log book at the LMA to find out about Prince Edwards and what happened to him at school
